You will need to provide your own insurance for any equipment in your rehearsal room, however, the building does have 26 security cameras in corridors and outside.
The door to your room itself will have a hotel swipe card lock, for which you will be given a key. You will also receive a key for the outside security door.
Recording Studio is FREE for resident bands.
The rooms are from £200 per month depending on the size of room you require. The smallest room is 12' by 20'
Rehearsal Room Prices
From £8.00 Per Hour Including PA
Special Rate £25.00 for 4 1/2 Hours Including PA
Booked by the Hour, Includes Loading & Unloading Times
The minimum booking period is one hour and we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy
Cancellations are charged at a flat fee of 2 hours (£16.00)
